10 week Mentorship: Design Your Custom Shoe

I'm very excited to assist you on designing your first shoe! This is an accomplishment....

I will provide hands on assistance from start to finish with this project!

Once your payment is made, I will email your first Webex link and provide a breakdown for the Mentorship program.

This is a 10 week mentorship program.

 

The Mentorship will be broken down month by month.

 

The first week we will discuss the design process (how to design your shoes without knowing how to sketch), the structure out of the shoe and how to source your factory.

 

The second week we will discuss the shoe sample process, questions to ask your factory (prior to placing your sample order), how to check the factory's ratings and how to submit your design to the factory. 

 

The third week we will setup a dedicated team with the factory that will assist with your shoe design. This team will provide swatch (material) that you can view before the production process begins. 

  

The fourth week you will learn how to review your physical sample, make adjustments (if needed), approve your sample and place bulk order. 

 

The fifth week you will learn how to launch your shoe design and how to sell 50%-80% of your shoes from presales 

 

The sixth and seventh week you will learn organic marketing via Instagram, Tiktok and Pinterest 

 

The eighth week you will learn about Business Funding options that fits your needs

 

The ninth week we will review your physical design and we will discuss content that converts

 

The tenth week we will discuss how to launch your shoe design (if you're ready)

All meetings will be recorded and given to the mentee after each session for their keeping.
